ABOUT
Mentor Aero was born more than 10 years ago because I was frustrated. I got tired of paying the big bucks for aircraft maintenance courses that put me to sleep, while teaching nothing useful to my work.

Now, we train people the way we believe that courses should be: practical, fun, worth your time and money.

Our story
Summer 2013
This is not the beginning of our story, but one of its turning points.
Twenty minutes after the chief pilot took me out for a flight test on that hot early-summer day, the plane crashed. Hard. At that point, I’d been doing and teaching aircraft maintenance for years.
I went back to work a few days later looking like I’d met a brick wall, but convinced: knowing something and doing something are two very different matters.
Since then, we’ve committed to making everything that we do as practical, first-rate and fail-proof as humanly possible.
